🍫 Healthy Protein Bars🍫

I’m not a big fan of snacking but sometimes it’s good to have a protein bar for when you’re busy in meetings or running errands. That’s why I like these nutritious Canadian made @kinwabar by Eat to Life.

These bars are not only tasty, but they are also:🍀Plant-based🍀Contains 10g of protein🍀Only 6g of sugar☘️High in fibre🍀Free from the top allergens- wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, soy and sesame, and are made in a certified nut-free facility.

The three flavours I tried were:🍎Apple Cinnamon- It had a nice light cinnamon flavour and small pieces of apple in it. I like that it was not overly sweet. The texture was not as I expected though, it was grainy from all the seeds but not in a bad way.

🥥Coconut- I'm a big fan of coconut so I was looking forward to trying this one and I really enjoyed it. This was my favourite❤️! The texture was similar to the Apple Cinnamon but it also had shredded coconut flakes on top which added extra flavour. I will be purchasing a box of this soon.

🍫Dark Chocolate Orange- Even though I love chocolate I wasn't a big fan of this one. I did not feel like the flavours were balanced enough and it was a bit dry compared to the others.

Overall I enjoyed trying these and I loved that they did not have the weird protein flavour that some protein bars have. They taste like regular granola bars and I loved their natural sweetness that was not overpowering. These are great options for anyone looking for an allergen-free or vegan snack that is also safe for those who are diabetic.
