Greeniche Moringa powder is such a great superfood!

Do you like nutritious smoothies? Here's a quick recipe using Moringa powder.
1 cup filtered water
1 cup mango juice
1/2 cup frozen organic mangoes
1 heaping tablespoon of Greeniche Moringa powder
1 tablespoon Lily of the Dessert Aloe Vera juice
Place all in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Things that I love about Greeniche Moringa is it is organic, and there is nothing else added to the package. It comes in a resealable pouch but I ended up putting mine in a glass jar so that it was easier for me to store as I find the opening of the package kinda small. It comes with a scoop in it but it was hard to get at it and fill it while it was in the bag.
I love making quick smoothies with moringa just to get a healthy dose of chlorophyll, minerals, vitamins and a bit of complete protein too.
I don't make alot of protein shakes but it would be a great addition to those too.
Moringa comes from the moringa tree also known as "The Tree of Life". The leaves of the tree are ground into a fine green powder.
You can add it to raw food bars, shakes, smoothies, yogurt, or sprinkle it over your cereal too.
It has a green tea flavor that reminds me of Matcha tea. It is great for immune system support, energy, and it has benefits for cholesterol and blood pressure, and blood sugar regulation too. It is also safe for nursing mothers as it may help produce more milk. It is a Superfood.
Moringa powder is so rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll and protein too. That's why it's one of my top Superfoods that I recommend as a nutritional consultant.
