This is my first time ever using Konjac sticky rice and I really loved how easy it was to make. I have been craving sushi and prefer to make sushi bowls as I find they are easier to make and you can add what you like. I just rinsed the rice really well and chilled it in the fridge while I was chopping all my sushi toppings. It took less than 5 minutes to make this super healthy bowl. This was the best "sticky rice" I have tried and it would make great rolled sushi also. I love that it's gluten and soy free, vegan and a great source of fibre. It also has no fat, cholesterol, sugar or artificial ingredients 🍃
