It seems funny that something like scraping your tongue can be addictive, but I can't brush my teeth without tongue scraping first now! I even take my tongue scraper when I travel. It truly freshens your breath and clears a lot of the bacteria from your mouth. It's a really great form of oral self care and can help your overall health.
