Terms of service

Effective November 1, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Miramedia Retail Inc. ("Peopletail", "we", "us"), which operates peopletail.com. By using Peopletail you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use Peopletail for a business, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it.

3. What Peopletail does

Peopletail turns Amazon product links into short affiliate links that use your Amazon Associates IDs, routes visitors to their local Amazon store where you have an ID, and shows you click counts. Supernova plans add an AI shopping agent, audience insights from accounts you connect, product recommendations and a link-in-bio shop. Features may change as we improve the service.

4. Your Amazon Associates account

• You need your own Amazon Associates account. Your relationship with Amazon is between you and Amazon, and Amazon decides whether to pay commissions.
• You must follow the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement and policies, including clearly disclosing that your links are affiliate links wherever you share them.
• Don't send Peopletail links in unsolicited emails, texts or messages, or use them in any way Amazon prohibits.
• Peopletail is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Amazon.

5. No earnings guarantee

Commissions depend on what people buy and on Amazon's rates. We don't promise any level of clicks, sales or income, and badges, levels and coins on Peopletail have no cash value.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Spark is free.
• Supernova is US$30 per month and Agency is US$100 per month, plus any applicable taxes.
• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and your links keep working on the free plan.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

7. Connected accounts and AI assistants

• When you connect Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or another service, you authorize us to access the data described in our privacy policy, and that service's own terms also apply.
• Your AI connector link works like a password. Keep it private; you're responsible for activity that uses it until you replace it.
• AI-generated suggestions can be wrong. Review products, captions and posts before you publish them; you're responsible for what you post.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use Peopletail to break the law or any platform's rules, send spam, mislead people, generate fake clicks, interfere with the service, try to access other people's data, or link to illegal or harmful products.

9. Our intellectual property

Peopletail, its software, design and brand belong to Miramedia Retail Inc. Peopletail is protected by U.S. Patent No. 11,080,737. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the service. You keep ownership of your content, and give us permission to use it only to run Peopletail for you.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Peopletail at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if required by law. If we end a paid plan without cause, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.

11. Disclaimers

Peopletail is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Amazon or other services will keep working the same way.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Peopletail is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost commissions or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post changes here and update the date at the top, and tell you about significant changes. Continuing to use Peopletail means you accept the updated terms.
