Delete your data
Effective November 1, 2026
You can ask us to delete everything Peopletail holds about you at any time. We'll confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@peopletail.com with the subject "Delete my Peopletail data".
- Send it from the email address you used with Peopletail, or include a link you made (for example peopletail.com/abc123) so we can find your data.
- If you connected Instagram, YouTube or TikTok, tell us your username on that platform.
What we delete
- Your saved Amazon Associates IDs and device identifier.
- Your Peopletail links and their click records. Deleted links stop working.
- Your AI connector key.
- Any data from connected Instagram, YouTube or TikTok accounts.
- Your Supernova application and messages.
We keep only what the law requires, such as billing records for tax purposes, and delete it when that period ends.
Remove Peopletail's access yourself
- Instagram: in the Instagram app, open your settings, find the section for apps and websites, and remove Peopletail.
- Google and YouTube: visit your Google third-party access settings and remove Peopletail.
- TikTok: in TikTok's settings, open the section for apps and services you've connected and remove Peopletail.
- Your AI assistant: remove the Peopletail connector in your assistant's settings.
- This device: clearing your browser's data for peopletail.com removes the copies saved in your browser.
Removing access stops new data from reaching us. To also delete what we already have, send the email above.
