Spring Forward Power

March 11, 2019 Report

Please select a reason

So, here we are…again, for those who reside in America. I know. Daylight Savings time, this time of the year, is not something I look forward to. Why? Because you lose a whole hour of sleep. I understand that the days are longer and the sun will no longer set so early in the day, but if you’re anything like me, you value sleep. A lot. I hate losing an hour of sleep because that means my night is shorter and I’ll most likely feel crankier in the morning. My energy supply will tank and my motivation to get things done dwindles. Thankfully, there are ways to get ahead and stay ahead…until Daylight Savings ends.

1.       Liquid B12

Before you proceed, please be advised that I am not a medical professional. Consult your doctor for more information.

Vitamin B12 helps with boosting your energy and improving memory. A common sign of this vitamin deficiency is fatigue. So, if you’re doing many things to increase energy and, for whatever reason, they aren’t working, maybe you’re lacking some B12. Just carefully measure the recommended dosage on a spoon or measuring cup and you’ll see a difference!

2.       Ester C Energy Boost

Vitamin C is one of the prime vitamins our body needs to help with immunity and increased energy. We need this to allow proper regulation of our white blood cells and histamine release. This energy boost has all the necessary vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes our body needs to feel our best. Some interesting facts about this product include:

·       Lasts up to 24 hours in our white blood cells

·       Non-effervescent (so no bloating as a side effect)

·        Vegan-friendly

·       100% pure

3.       Yofiit Pre/Prob Bars for Midday Energy

So, I’ve tried many bars. I end up not liking them due to their chalky taste. There are only a few bars I’d eat and this is one of them. They’re not too sweet, so there’s no need to worry about a sugar rush. This bar keeps you full longer, which is great if you need a quick on-the-go snack from the rush of work. They have many pre and probiotics and fibers, which aid in digestion. It also contains a lot of healthy fats. Definitely a must for your day!
