So, here we are…again, for those who reside in America. I know. Daylight Savings time, this time of the year, is not something I look forward to. Why? Because you lose a whole hour of sleep. I understand that the days are longer and the sun will no longer set so early in the day, but if you’re anything like me, you value sleep. A lot. I hate losing an hour of sleep because that means my night is shorter and I’ll most likely feel crankier in the morning. My energy supply will tank and my motivation to get things done dwindles. Thankfully, there are ways to get ahead and stay ahead…until Daylight Savings ends.
