Recommended Essential Oils
March 05, 2019 Report
Essential oils are compounds extracted from plants. The oils capture the plant's scent and flavor, also called its "essence." Unique aromatic compounds give each essential oil its characteristic essence. Essential oils are obtained through distillation (via steam and/or water) or mechanical methods, such as cold pressing. Once the aromatic chemicals have been extracted, they are combined with a carrier oil to create a product that's ready for use. The way the oils are made is important, as essential oils obtained through chemical processes are not considered true essential oils. I think these two essential Oils are the best for anyone.
1: NOW Essential Oils 100% Pure Lavender Oil
I bought it for use on my scalp and dryness and it works great for that but it is very strong so you need a carrier oil to prevent irritation and the smell is quite strong even with a few drops; if you have epilepsy or any other neurological issues, do your research because rosemary is an issue with these medical conditions - sadly I stopped using it but this is a great product for anyone else thinking about making this purchase.
2: Progressive Veg Essential All in One Unflavoured
The first time I tried it I wasn't totally fond of the taste (mostly just not used to the Stevia) but now I look forward to my daily shake and my husband loved it from the beginning. Keeps me full until lunch with plenty of energy and so full of good stuff. Does seem a bit expensive but I guess these products generally are.
I recommend these oils to all who love the natural products rather than the chemicals.
