Hit Your Omega-3 Goals

Omega-3 fatty acids are the buzzwords in the nutrition space as of late with just about every medical professoinal recommending you ge these into your diet plan. Being without omega-3 fatty acids is like being without one of the key building blocks your body needs to function optimally each day.
Personally I started taking omega-3 fatty acids when my knees were acting up. They were so stiff and achy. I felt 70 (and I'm in my 30's!). After a few short weeks of using them, I did notice a difference.
Omega-3 fatty acids help reduce inflammation, combat brain related health issues, and can even help you stay slimmer by improving your insulin senstivitiy. it's something that I would recommend everyone take.
I like Progressive as I know I'm getting a good quality product with this brand. You can choose between regular fish oil as well as Fish Oil that has vitamin D added to it.
On top of that, also consider Udo's Choice Udo's Oil. This is another great blend and you'll also get omega-6's and 9's with it.
Fish oil is something that you do need to take daily to really reap the benefits but if you do, you will see a noticeable difference.
