What are you doing to help reduce your risk of Osteoporosis?

After turning 40 I really started thinking about osteoporosis prevention. The Salus Calcium Magnesium supplement is something that you can take to help reduce the risk of osteoporosis along with a healthy diet & regular exercise, which I have been doing 5 days per week. I also find that magnesium & vitamin d, along with zinc help me manage stress & anxiety. This supplement comes in a liquid form & has an overall fruity taste that is yummy. I have been taking it every day for the last few weeks & will continue to do so.
