I love this Lumiere de Sel Himalayan Fine Black Salt! I made a breakfast tofu scramble & adding some & it gave the tofu a eggy taste. I have also added some to soups & love the taste it is so amazing to add to savory dishes, I highly recommend!
Simple Recipe:
I used: 1 pack of extra firm tofu, 1 onion (sauteed) 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp of turmeric, 1sp of Lumiere de Sel Himalayan Fine Black Salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tomato chopped (sauteed altogether)
