I received the Whole Food Vitamin D from Healthology for free (#gotitfree) from PeopleTail in exchange for an honest review. We get our daily doses of this essential nutrient (vitamin D) from exposure to the sun.
Throughout this pandemic, I have remained indoors the majority of the time - especially in the earlier winter months. This has taken a toll on me both physically and mentally. I am someone who enjoys going on long walks, but over the past few months I have only made a few short trips to the nearby grocery store (essential trips only). Living in Canada, we have almost six months of winter every year - our exposure to sunlight is extremely limited in that time frame!
