💚 Be a Liver Lover

Product: Healthology Liv-Great Liver Formula
Our liver sure knows how to ‘giv’r’! It is a detoxifying workhorse. It is also a real smarty pants; one of its biggest jobs is to spot and capture toxins (chemicals, additives, alcohol, caffeine) and send them safely out of our body. It also serves to host glucose to release for energy, and produces bile that helps our body deal with fatty foods. High five, Liver!
The actual process of detoxification is complex and often we can ask too much of our liver with our lifestyle – low nutrient diet, overdoing it on the alcohol, taking medications, chronic environmental toxins, even genetics can play a role in slowing things down. A sluggish liver can mean fatigue, headaches, brain fog, acne, hormonal imbalances, nausea and/or belly pain. Ugh. Build up of toxins is no small thing and our body feels it. We need our liver in good working order to keep us out of a toxic state.
Let’s be honest: sometimes clean living can be hard to do. We can't get it right all the time. So, here is a great, easy additional option: Healthology Liv-Great Liver Formula. It offers a combination of nutrients, antioxidants and herbs that extend a helping hand to the liver detox process, encourages bile production, and promotes protection and healing from damage.
I love (love, love) that the product is natural and non-GMO. Each capsule captures the best of nature, targeted for optimum liver performance and restoration. The ingredients are not ‘out there’, many are ones we recognize. Take a look: milk thistle seed, garlic bulb, artichoke leaf, dandelion root, selenium, and curcumin, to name a few. But those would be hard to consume all on their own. The capsules are slightly larger than average, but nothing unreasonable. It is recommended to take 1 in the morning and 1 again in the evening with food. It’s the least we can do to support one of our most critical organs, right?
Other ways we can be on Team Liver:
- Hydrate! Toxins exit through the bladder and bowels. More water means more opportunities to flush the body, so to speak. (FYI - Coffee and/or alcohol do not count as hydrating. Just sayin'. Get your water on!)
- Eat nutrient-dense foods and don’t overdo it with caffeine and alcohol.
- Integrate more natural products into your regular use. A good place to start is to read labels. Avoid phthalates, synthetic fragrances, and parabens.
The less toxins in our system, the healthier we will be. I have started regularly taking Healthology Liv-Great Liver Formula to give my liver some well deserved loving.
