The eaisest and tastiest chia pudding you'll find!

If you're a fan of chia pudding but don't want to buy everything to put it together, Chiamigos Chia Pudding is going to change your life. Not only does it taste amazing, but it's super simple and quick to make. Just throw it in a bowl or mason jar, add some water or milk, stir, and wait a few minutes until it sets -- it's really that easy. It's also a great source of protein, fibre, B vitamins, and omega-3 fatty acids to provide everything you need for a healthy, balanced meal (or dessert!). 

With only a handful of clean, simple ingredients, you don't have to worry about consuming things that may compromise your health. What's more, all the flavours are organic, gluten-free, vegan, and producted locally!

For an extra kick of protein, throw in a scoop of your favourite protein powder (I would recommend chocolate with the chocolate banana nut) or collagen peptides and increase the amount of liquid. Here's my favourite way to eat it:

- 1/2 cup Chiamigos Chocolate Banana Nut

- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any other nut milk to make it super creamy) -- use a touch more if you don't want it really thick

- 2 tbsp. organic shredded coconut

- 1 tbsp. almond butter (or other nut butter)

- 1/2 banana, sliced

Handful toasted pumpkin seeds (salted gives a really nice sweet & salty taste!!)

Mix the Chiamigos powder with the liquid and shredded coconut in a bowl and set in the fridge for 5-10 minutes. Once set, add half of the chia pudding to the bottom of a mason jar, glass, or bowl. Slice the banana and layer on top of the pudding. Spoon the remainder of the chia pudding on top. Finish with almond butter, sliced banana, and toasted pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
