Today's snack was this GUTHEALING probiotic chia seed pudding! It was vanilla coconut flavoured and so easy to meal prep!! The ingredients are somehting you probably have on hand and it is packed with so much fiber to help detoxofy the colon and stabilize your blood sugar as well as fats to help fight off fungus within the body and fuel your brain!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Prana probiotic chia seeds from amazon.ca
4 cups thai kitchen full fat coconut milk from amazon.ca
2 scoops Ancient Nutrition vanilla multi collagen (or sweetener to taste) from well.ca
1/2 cup water
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients together and whisk until well combined. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight, whisking every 30 minutes to prevent clumping. Top with fruit of choice and full fat coconut cream !
