If you love cooking like me then spices will be your best friend! With a cupboard full of spices, choosing my top 5 was the hardest part of this challenge. (See video for my selections) 

1 - Cool Runnings Curry Powder, Jamaican Style: It contains turmeric which is good for inflammation and aids with digestion. This curry is not spicy so you can control the heat you put into your recipe. I use it to cook many different types of meat. 

2 - Club House, Italiano: A classic Italian flavour blend with garlic, onions, peppers etc. I love the flavour of this and it does not have a lot of sodium which is something I look for when choosing seasonings. I use this on meats, pizza, vegetables, and baked goods. 

3 - Kirkland Signature, Ground Cinnamon: It contains antioxidants, lowers blood sugar and helps to suppress appetite. I love the smell of this! I use it for oatmeal and french toast. 

4 - Mrs. Dash, Salt-Free Original Blend: A granulated mixtures of traditional dried herbs. I like that it’s salt-free. I use this on meats, pizza, vegetables, baked goods, and soups. 

5 - McCormick Gourmet, Rosemary Leaves: Dried rosemary leaves that add flavour to meats and baked goods. The leaves are big so I always crust them before using because they can burn before you finish cooking.
