☕ Need to beat the bloat? Cue CURATEA Digestion

Ah, the Christmas (or whatever you celebrate) holiday bloat. That’s a thing, right? I am writing this review post-holidays, post- feasts, buffets, treats, and edible cheer. Ho, ho, ho…ld it! Cue Curatea for digestion assistance.

While I do my best to treat my body with kindness over the holidays, I am also a willing participant in most things yummy. Sometimes I overdo it and my gut waves the white flag, then I know it’s time to surrender and this Curatea helps me turn things around. It not only aids my digestion by reducing bloat, it also boosts metabolism to get back on track.

The taste is not unpleasant, though it does lean to a bit of a medicinal flavour. The product comes in a tin with 30 tea bags. The price point averages about $1 per bag but it has a long shelf life so you have plenty of time to make use of it.

So, I curled up with a blanket, my journal and a cuppa; it was time to get down to business with my gut and new year plans!

Oil for Acne? WHAT?!

Yup. Trust me. I dealt with acne for many years and was told by a dermatologist to avoid all things oil based. Instead, he gave me all things drying and burning and chemical-based. Ugh. But, when we know better, we do better, right? Becoming educated in holisic living has taught...
