Shatavari powder has a number of health benefits. Among them, I have found that it has helped my immune system in that I yet have to catch one of those nasty colds and flus that have been circling around (knocking on wood as we speak). I find that it has helped me with my energy level and inflammation in my joints when working out. It has a bit of a bitter taste but I mix mine in my smoothie so the sweet fruits cover this taste. I would really suggest taking this for digestion as well.
