The start to healing

In 5 years I’ve had two babies and my fair amount of stress and exhaustion. I have been dealing with adrenal fatigue and a complete hormonal imbalance the last few months. I am a Holistic Nutritionist and work mostly with women and children. Most all women I work with are mothers and dealing with the same issues health wise as me. It’s funny how many times I advise them to take back their health but I’ve kind of put mine on the back burner. So here I am now taking it back. Besides a healthy diet, meditation, journaling and getting cardio and weight training in I’ve started to limit my coffee to one in the morning and in the afternoons I’ve started to work on balancing my adrenals and hormones.

Every afternoon I’ve been making this drink using adaptogen blends. 

In a pot I mix 1 1/2 cups almond milk @silk_canada (Do not use Soy milk) , 1/2 tsp Shatavari Powder from  @sewantiofficial , 1 teaspoon Evening Calm @puricawellness  and 1 tsp honey heat but do not boil and pour in a mug. It taste amazing I promise!!! Shatavari Powdwr is used in Ayurveda Medicine to help balance female hormones (helps support estrogen levels) 

In the last week I started taking Shatavari Root Powder I’ve started to notice a giant difference in the fatigue I’ve been feeling. What an amazing product. Ladies if you have a hormonal imbalance don’t waste money on all those other expensive products, this is the product you need.
