Almond Oil and Skin Care

Please select a reason

I am big on makeup, hair and skin care and I am always searching for the new "in" like many other people. Today, instead of sharing the best of the best out there, I just wanted to share a simple healthy almond oil 🌰and how I use it.

At times we tend to overlook the simple super easy and affordable options.

🌰Almond oil is derived from pressed almonds. It is easily absorbed and won't clog pores, promoting clear, soft, healthy skin. It is an excellent source of vitamin E which basically means skin's best friend. Many anti-aging products, lotions, creams, moisturizers etc have vitamin E added in its formula.

🌰I personally use almond oil as part of my facial steps.

🔆Cleanse your face using a face wash

🔆 Take 3-4 drops of almond oil

🔆 Apply the oil on you face with your fingertips.

🔆 Gently massage the oil in an outward motion (Pulling your skin towards your ears). Note: Almond oil may bring warmth to your skin

.🔆Use a jade roller on your face (optional) to further boost the circulation and blood flow beneath the skin.

🔆Let your skin rest for 10 mins

🔆Soak a clean washcloth with warm water. Wring out the excess water and place the damp washcloth on your face for 2 minutes.

🔆Gently wipe the face with washcloth. (Or you can use cotton pad or ball to remove any excess oil)

.🔆 Can do this 2-3x a week for firm looking skin. Especially beneficial for dry skin. Try it and let me know how you like it. I feel the firmness immediately..
