Maple Bee Nectar Honey Vinegar Salad Dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tblsp Maple Bee Nectar Honey Vinegar
2 tblsp balsamic vinegar
2 tblsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Celtic salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tblsp pure maple syrup (if you prefer a bit of sweetness) I personally love it this way!
Place all ingredients in a glass mason jar. Cover and shake it up or stir with a spoon. Let sit for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to mingle. You can refrigerate any leftover dressing for up to a week. It will thicken due to the olive oil but just take it out 10 minutes before using and it's ready to use. Enjoy! (Note: I recommend and use all organic ingredients in this recipe.)
