Today I'm sharing my Maple Bee Nectar Honey Vinegar Salad Dressing Recipe with you all.

2 tblsp Maple Bee Nectar Honey Vinegar

2 tblsp pure organic maple syrup (optional) if you like a bit of sweetness in your dressing

1/2 tsp Celtic salt

1/2 tsp ground organic garlic

1/2 tsp fresh ground organic black pepper

2 tblsp organic balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup organic olive oil

2 tblsp organic Dijon mustard (optional)

1. Place all ingredients into a glass mason jar and stir.

2. Allow flavors to mingle for about 15 minutes and serve over your favorite green leafy salad greens.

3. Refrigerate any leftovers up to a week. It will thicken in the fridge due to the olive oil but if you take it out of the fridge about 10 minutes before using, the olive oil will become thin again. Just stir and it's ready to use. Enjoy!

I find I can sneak it into my meals and no one even knows it's there. And the health benefits are huge!

This easy to make dressing is great for your digestive system.  If you suffer from acid reflux, inflammation, high cholesterol, leg cramps or skin conditions such as acne, this product would be great to add to your daily routine to support your overall health. You can take a teaspoon in a bit of warm water first thing in the morning and in the evening and if you want a bit of sweetness, just add a bit of raw honey to the warm water with it and enjoy.

Honey Bee Nectar Honey Vinegar contains the mother and is made with unpasturized raw honey from Ontario. It definitely has a vinegar like taste with a hint of sweetness coming from the honey. If your looking for something to help balance your pH levels and blood sugar too and support your gut health, this is a product you don't want to be without! Try it today!

And it's CANADIAN too! Yay!
