Every morning I take either apple cider vinegar or lemon juice in a glass of warm water, this morning I tried Honey Vinegar for the first time and it tasted great knd of sweet not bitter like lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Also my partned often gets heart burn and tried some last night and he said it worked just like apple cider vinegar but without the bitter taste.
We are at a time where eating locally is extremely important for our health and the future of our planet and that doesn't just mean local fruits, veggies, grains, meat and poultry, it also means things like vinegar and honey and other condiments.
Maple Bee Nectar Honey Vinegar is made right here in Ontario, Canada so that also makes this an amazing local product. Tonight we are having a salad with dinner and I've premande a salad dressing with this honey vinegar. Not sure if the jar of dressing will make it to dinner I may just eat right out of the jar.
3 tablespoons avocado oil
1/4 cup honey vinegar
