Gluten-free Smore cookies

It's possible to cook sugar-free, dairy-free and gluten-free while stille eating AMAZING tasting desserts like these Smore cookies !.I did not measure the ingredients when making these (🙈) so everything is approximate and may need to be adjusted!
INGREDIENTS: 1.5 cups sprouted millet and rice flour mixture, 1/4 cup arrowroot starch, 1/4 cup Vanilla multicollagen, 1/2 cup coconut oil or ghee, Pinch of sea salt, 1 tsp baking soda, 4 tbs yacon syrup, 2-3 tbs coconut milk, Lilys chocolate chocolate chips and Dandies smashmallows (not sugar free) for mix in.*Beat coconut oil, yacon syrup, coconut milk and collagen together until miced and fluffy, then add remaining ingredients. You want the texture to be like regular cookie dough. Bake 1 cookie at 350 for 10-12 minutes and if the texture is good, bake the rest, otherwise add more oil or flour to adjust.
