quick and easy gluten free meal!

This pasta works great for a gluten free replacement in any meal or recipe. I have fooled many people into thinking this pasta was your regular old gluten-filled pasta. One of my favourite sauces to use for pasta is a cashew cream-based sauce. For this recipe, I blended 1/2 cup of pre-soaked cashews (soaked for about an hour in hot water) with about a 1/2 cup of water (can play with this for consistency. I also added between 1/2 cup to 1 cup of fresh basil, a couple cloves of garlic, salt, and lemon juice to taste. So quick and easy, healthy, and creamy without the cream!

Super soft and tangle-free hair!

Long hair and nails!

Health in a Powder!
