Relax and soothe sore muscles with liquid magnesium :)

Anyone else a big magnesium fan?? Aside from supplementing with magnesium on a daily basis, I love to incorporate this magnesium chloride liquid into my routine a few times a week. My favourite way to use it is to add it into a bath with some epsom salts, esential oils, castor oil, etc. It's a great way to wind down and relax your body and mind. It helps relax your muscles and if you have any muscle pain it will also soothe an aches or tense muscles and speed up recovery (great for after a tough workout!). The great thing is that if you're not a bath person, there are other methods that result in the same beenfits! You can mix this products with a carrier oil, water, or cream and apply directly onto your body. Such a great product to have on hand for those times when you really need some extra help relaxing or soothing your sore muscles!
