love using for chickpea eggs!

My favourite way to use this product is to make a chickpea egg. I heat a large scoop of vegan butter in a saucepan. Meanwhile, I mix 1/4 c of the flour with 1/4 c of water until smooth. I then add another 1/4 c of water and mix in a bit of salt. I add this to the pan and cook until it is ready to flip. I then flip and add a little vegan cheese. I fold the egg in half, twice. I then use it to make an egg sandwich (use whatever filling you like). So good!
