~ Liquid Collagen 💧
August 01, 2019 Report
Sippin’ from the fountain of youth – Yes please! 🙋🏼♀️
Lately I’ve been sippin’ on Coffee Booster COLLAGEN - it’s made in Canada 🇨🇦!!
I really like the convenience of this collagen supplement – it’s great for a busy girl like me! 👏🏼
Even though I don’t drink coffee on the daily (which I know most of you do), I do drink tea, so that’s where it goes!
What sets this one apart from other collagen supplements is that it’s a liquid form. It mixes so easily that I don’t even need to stir it! 🙃
It’s totally flavourless, so YES it can go into ANY of your favourite drinks. If you start your day with a smoothie… just throw it in there instead! 💚
Its Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Keto Friendly, Zero calories, + Sugar Free. One thing it isn’t though, is vegan (sorry my amazing vegan friends). If you’re more like me and keep to a mainly plant-based diet then it may work for you depending on your preferences.
If you’re not too familiar with what collagen is yet – it’s a protein that the body creates naturally that binds our body tissues together, such as tendons, ligaments, skin and muscles. It also maintains bones and joints.
The fact of the matter is that as we age our bodies break down our own collagen faster than we can replace it….. cue wrinkles, sagging skin, aches and pains. UGH 😑
Although there’s some skepticism on how well collagen supplements actually work, there’s also a lot of research showing positive signs that it does.
Here are some of the perks you might see!
- Reduced wrinkles & dryness
- Stronger hair & nails
- Increased muscle mass & fat burning
- Reduction of bone loss
- Ease of joint pain
- Reduced cellulite
- Improved digestive health
💁🏼♀️ 2 things I just want to note:
1. Collagen is something that should be taken long term to notice any results or changes… don’t just take it for a week and expect magic to happen. Be patient. 😊
2. Of course remember QUALITY when it comes to your collagen supplement. Be sure that it is coming from free-range and anti-biotic free sources!
