As a nutritionist, Tarra knows the many health benefits to something like Red Superfoods, but she and Jenna will only give 2 thumbs up to things they could actually consume no matter how good it is for you! Our mission is to give you an honest opinion about a product, taste, benefits and whether it's worth your while.
With this product, besides the very obvious health benefits to drinking a full-on anti-oxidant blend, the taste was refreshing in it's most pure form.
A lot of these kinds of drinks can be tasteless and chalking, but this was smooth and flavourful. We would definitely recommend you stir it well and Tarra would like it with some ice cubes to make it feel like a "juice".
This product would be amazing in a smoothie or blended into a homemade salad dressing! You'd be achieving amazing health benefits for the whole family and they would never even know it! Anti-oxidants help to kill free radicals in your body. Free radicals are invaders that make their way around killing healthy red blood cells.
