What a great choice for those seeking to avoid sugar! I have made my own version in the past but life is too short to make all your own condiments! If you are not aware, ketchup contains oodles of sugar, often the worst kind such as glucose-fructose. You might as well eat a cupcake. I really enjoyed this ketchup on some vegan crispy baked tenders. It would be great with home baked fries also or on a burger. It has a rich tomato flavour and not too sweet, actually kind of tangy with vinegar. The sweetener in this product is the most healthy type, from dates, which contain fiber, vitamins and minerals.
