I decided to amp up my morning breakfast wrap with some @manitobaharvest hemp hearts today. 💪

They are a great nutritional source for #vegetarians, #vegans and anyone else looking to add more plant-based protein to their diet. 🌿🌱You can sprinkle these guys on salads 🥗 , toast, cereal 🥣 , yogurt or throw in a smoothie. The only limit is your imagination. It adds a nice little nutritional boost and a delicious nutty flavour to your meal. It also contains 10 g of #protein and 10 g of Omega 3 & 6 per 3 tbsp serving.

Another great thing about these little #superfoods is that there is no grinding or shelling required. They are ready to eat straight out of the bag! Score! ✅
