I love love this coconut, I have a sweet tooth and the Healthy Planet shredded coconut is not only delicious but satisfying.  It is high in fiber and help curb your appetite. It also helps balance your metabolism!

I love to add chia seed to my smoothies and salads.  It is very nutritious and no need to grind. The taste is so mild that it will not change the flavour of your meal.  Good source of Omega 3 and 6, calcium, magnesium and fiber.
