Simple way to add fat, fibre and protein to your salads!

Summer salads are the best! Fresh greens, tasty tomatoes and peppers! But it’s also important to add a fat and/or protein in. Adding these macro nutrients will turn off your hunger hormones to say “we are satisfied and satiated” and feeling great about how we fuelled our body! I always have a bag in my pantry to add valuable nutrients to any meal!
