I’ve tried Moringa in breakfast bars and baked goods before, so I thought I’d try making something where you could really taste its natural flavour - Chia seed pudding it is!
Moringa has an earthy flavour that reminds me a bit of matcha and green tea.
Recipe: 1/2 cup chia seeds1 1/2 cups of plant based milk1 tsp vanilla3-4 tbsp pure maple syrup2 tsp of moringa
- add to a jar or covered container, shake/mix well, let it sit in the fridge for at least a couple of hours, too with your favourite fruit and/or yogurt!
- You could also make chia oats instead of just chia seed pudding! Other ways to use Moringa: simple mix in your water with some lemon or even in smoothies. You can also add it to baked goods as I mentioned, or to soups and savory meals. get creative!
