Another amazing versatile health food!

⁣⁣I’ve tried Moringa in breakfast bars and baked goods before, so I thought I’d try making something where you could really taste its natural flavour - Chia seed pudding it is! ⁣⁣

Moringa has an earthy flavour that reminds me a bit of matcha and green tea.⁣⁣

Recipe: ⁣1/2 cup chia seeds⁣1 1/2 cups of plant based milk⁣1 tsp vanilla⁣3-4 tbsp pure maple syrup⁣2 tsp of moringa

⁣⁣- add to a jar or covered container, shake/mix well, let it sit in the fridge for at least a couple of hours, too with your favourite fruit and/or yogurt! ⁣

- You could also make chia oats instead of just chia seed pudding! ⁣⁣Other ways to use Moringa: simple mix in your water with some lemon or even in smoothies. You can also add it to baked goods as I mentioned, or to soups and savory meals. get creative!⁣
