Protein Coffee Caramel Cheesecake

Ever get tired of protein shakes after your workout?? I do!
A post-workout meal should generally include both protein (for muscle recovery) and carbohydrates (for glycogen replenishment). This easy coffee caramel cheesecake recipe has both!
*This cheesecake is made with erythritol from now foods for sweetness and cafe caramel rice protein powder from prairie naturals.*
- 1 scoop (30 grams) of cafe caramel rice protein powder from Prairie Naturals
- 1/4 cup fat free cream cheese
- 4 tsp erythitol from Now Foods
- 2 tsp almond milk
So really easy guys; just mix all ingredients in a bowl and eat right away or save for later! I also added some crumbled up graham crackers as the bottom layer and topped the whole thing with apple chunks. Not including graham crackers and apple, this cheesecake contains 2g of fat, 31g protein, and 24g of carbs!
