It's shorts and bikini weather and majority of my fellow lady followers are super self conscious to show off their legs. They have told me that the number one thing that they're self conscious about is their cellutlite. So, I am sharing my favourite at home techniques to reduce the appearance of cellutlite that will leave your legs smooth and glowing.

1. Dry skin brushing - this technique is typically done to stimulate the lymphatic system, but besides detoxing it has a great effect in reducing the appearance of cellulite.

To ensure you get great results, a proper brush should be used. This one from Urban Spa is easy to use because of it's handle and is very effective.

2. Moisturizing post brushing is ideal to leave your skin smooth & glowing! Moisturizing your skin leaves it looking plump which can also reduce the appearance of cellulite. My favourite go to moisturizer is coconut oil. It's all natural, and due to its antimicrobial properties - it doesnt leave your skin prone to pimples or ingrowns! It also has natural spf properties - making it a great moisturizer for the summer months ;)
