🍓Strawberry Chocolate Chia Protein Pudding 🍓 This stuff is so yummy and only a few ingredients. I just make it the night before and it's ready for me after my morning workout 💪 It's just chocolate almond milk, chia seeds, agave syrup and @puricawellness Purica Power Vegan Protein Powder in chocolate. Topped with your favourite fruit and it's a great after workout treat. The reason I only use Purica is because it's made with Chaga mushrooms which contains a ton of antioxidants and is a adaptogen for adrenal support. The pea protein also reduces gas and bloating.🤰🏼Yay for a flat stomach!! Try it out and let me know what you think.
