Versatile Vegan Protein Powder

I used this to make vegan cookies! These cookies are the easiest recipe ever with just 4 ingredients and have now made it into my top 3 tastiest cookies of all time 😋 All I did was toast 1 1/2 cups of shredded unsweetened coconut and mashed 1 cup of bananas with a scoop of Purica Vegan Protein Powder. Once the coconut was toasted (about 5-7 minutes) I mixed the 3 ingredients together with 1/4 cup of dark chocolate dairy free chocolate chips and shaped into cookies to bake for 30 minutes. I just pop these in the freezer and use them for a healthy protein packed snack for the gym or on the go ☺️ The reason I chose @puricawellness Protein powder as it's vegan and it's made with the antioxidant rich chaga mushroom 🍄
