Scratches happen. It's inevitable. It doesn't matter if you cut your babies nails every couple of days or 6 times a day, they will always find a way to scratch their delicate skin.

Sometimes these scratches can take a little while to heal, especially if they are deep. The scratch on Maya's cheek was somewhat deep and after a few days I decided it was time to intervene. I wanted to ensure it heals well without scarring, so I turned to @shooshaorganic organic eczema healing balm.

It's traditionally marketed as an eczema balm, but I thought why not give it a try. The calming oatmeal and camomile coupled with the skin regenerative properties of tamanu oil did the trick! After 3-4 days her scratch was completely healed and there is absolutely no scarring.

@shooshaorganic products are completely natural and so pure that I have no concerns applying them to Maya's face, even near her mouth!

This organic eczema balm is a definite must for all parents!
