Pure + Natural BUG REPELLENT

August 01, 2019 Report

Organic Lemon Eucalyptus Summer Spray – made by Shoosha (a Canadian brand, founded in 2010, that specializes in certified organic skincare). The brand focuses on products that are safe and pure enough for a baby’s delicate skin, but also appeals to anyone who wants a safe alternative to the harsh ingredients found in so many products out there.

I was so excited when I got this product. Why? Because at the time I was busy nursing some ugly horsefly and mosquito bites from my recent trip to New York.

I was super determined to find an ALL NATURAL substitute for the typical toxic bug repellents on the market because I didn’t want to look like I had the chicken pox all summer! I had even thought – many times – about trying to make my own natural bug spray using essential oils but it’s something I could never seem to get around to! Then BINGO! SHOOSHA enters my life.

Unlike most bug sprays on the market, this one is made of 96% organic ingredients and is formulated with PURE essential oils –Lemongrass, Eucalyptus, Rose Geranium, Peppermint and Cedarwood. Not only is it safe for the environment, its safe for you and your family!

It lasts for up to 3 hours and has a really nice fresh scent (no yucky chemicals!). You just shake it and spray on yourself, clothing, bedding, strollers, etc.

I took it hiking and used it prior to starting and then again at the top as I watched the sunset (PRIME mosquito time) and didn’t get a single bite! I’m actually amazed because I even saw them flying around. It now lives in my hiking backpack and is a MUST for my outdoor activities.

Parenting must have: organic baby balm

Scratches happen. It's inevitable. It doesn't matter if you cut your babies nails every couple of days or 6 times a day, they will always find a way to scratch their delicate skin.  Sometimes these scratches can take a little while to heal, especially if they are deep. The scratch...
